The second program of the 'Sathutu Pawula' program series launched with the aim of empowering the children and youth community in the social, cultural and spiritual fields under the leadership of The Divisional Secretariat, Narammala, was successfully held on 14.02.2023 at Kivulegedara Temple.
 
For this program, the resources were contributed by Mr. Jude Claudius, Small Business Development Officer of Kuliapitiya West Divisional Secretariat, and Mr. Suresh Darshan Kumara ,Counseling Officer of Ambanpola Divisional Secretariat.

Under the guidance of the Narammala Divisional Secretariat, the inaugural program of the "Sathutu Pawula" series of programs aimed at empowering Kivulegedara Village Officials in key areas such as social, cultural, economic, and spiritual was held on 31.01.2023 at Kivulegedara Temple. The younger and older community participated in this program with great enthusiasm and the program was successfully conducted throughout the day by preparing and serving tea and lunch to all the participants without any government provision by the officials of the Divisional Secretariat with the exceptional dedication. In this series of programs the next program will be held on 14.02.2023 with the aim of empowering the children and youth community.

The Regional Literary Arts Festival organized by the Culture Division of the Narammala Divisional Secretariat was held on 07.10.2022 at Mayurapada Central College Auditorium. The main speech was delivered by Mr. Samitha Dunukepotha, Deputy Director (Planning) of the Central Provincial Council Chief Secretariat. Here at Narammala Mayurapada College The students presented some cultural elements and a prize distribution ceremony was also held.

With the aim of employing the unemployed youth of the division, the ''Employment Programe'' organized by the Narammala Divisional Secretariat was successfully held on 25.11.2022 at the Narammala Bulath Pola site with the participation of many vocational training and employment institutions.

The Regional Entrepreneur Conference of 2022 will be held by the Narammala Divisional Secretariat Entrepreneurship Development Committee on 22nd September 2022 with the aim of solving the problems of entrepreneurs related to the small and medium-scale enterprise sectors spread in the Narammala Divisional Secretariat Division. Many public and private institutions who providing services to entrepreneurs participated in this event.
