Timber cutting licenses - jackfruit trees / country breadfruit trees / female palm trees
- A copy of the land deed certified by the Grama Niladhari in comparison with the original
- Letter of consent of the land owner certified by the Grama Niladhari in case the applicant does not have a clear title to the land
- An affidavit obtained stating that there is no objection to the issuance of a disposal license to the applicant when there are several heirs to the land
- If you intend to cut down trees for a new construction, a relevant construction plan
- Information letters to the Pradeshiya Sabhas / Urban Councils if they are being scattered due to dangers
- If court verdicts regarding the land are relevant, court orders regarding them and dump
- Notice of correspondence in the case of power line disturbance or protest
- If the tree is located at the boundary fence, the owner of the approximate (boundary) of the land should submit a letter to Grama Niladahri stating that the applicant has no objection to cutting the tree.

- When issuing permits for re-transportation of timber / timber goods transported by train, the original of the transport license and the official receipt issued by the Department of Railways (Site Reports, Grama Niladhari Reports are not required and license fees are not charged)

Extension of Timber Transport Permits

Issuing license to open new pawning centers

Application completed by the applicant, Grama Niladhari and the relevant police station
Excavation of sand/ gravel
